quick pick system question?

Out of curiosity since predictions aren't available for some lottery games. Does the quick pick system base itself off every updated prediction and statistic?..... so let's say you didn't update the predictions for 1 or 2 draws will that affect the statistical aspect of generating a quick pick. I see that you added the Sweden lottery, I hope next is the Jersey Cash 5, its highly requested and it might bring alot of new jersey users to the site once they find out about it being added to this site.
