Hi, can you guys help understand how the feature "numbers due to follow" works?

Ok, so if we look at the 49s Lunchtime due to follow numbers, there is an info box at the top of those numbers which reads:
"...The UK 49s Lunchtime numbers that never followed (have NOT been drawn immediately after) the ones in this draw, during the last 100 draws."
And under the numbers, there is a second info box reading:
"For instance, during the last 100 draws, number 07 was never drawn immediately after 05"
Please note that 07 and 05 in the example above will probably be different based on the results drawn.
Did you read those?
