Hi. Please help I can't see a JSON file the file I see is CSV/TXT under the predictions post. I'm registered level 3 on the 02/01/2021maybe my account is not active

Your question regarding the JSON files has been answered earlier. Regarding your membership, please contact us using our contact page. Make sure you use the Email you signed up with and provide the transaction ID when you're contacting us.
