After Draw the Prediction System doesn't work

I know you guys have an automated system setup, but for some reason after 2-3 hours of a draw for the NY cash for life and Lottery Pick 6 the next results page are remain blank.

I can't get any predictions and filters before and after the results what is the problem I'm a premium member.
It's very frustrated please assist in this matter.
