"Everytime when I'm putting requests"... not sure what you mean? Where are you putting those requests? What does the message say?

Hello. The SA daily lotto predictions will be unlocked 30 min. before the draw anyway. We can increase that 30 minutes if more people request it.

We rolled out an update earlier today and it looks like there has been a bug. Our tech team found and fixed the problem. It would be nice if you could get back and let us know if everything's fine now. We are checking/testing each updates but, due to the complexity of the system, eliminating all bug...

Hello. The 3 prediction filtering options you've mentioned are free and should be available at all times. Which lottery are we talking about here? We need that in order to be able to look into the issue.
